An awesome day at the dog park!!! :)
Meet Ally and Mako!
Ally and Mako are owned by Miss Kim, Howie and Miley's trainer!!
I *think* Ally is an Australian Shepherd and Mako is an Australian Cattle Dog
mix... But I'm not 100% positive about that. I know she called them Aussies
though :D Sorry Ally and Mako!! :)
Kim's friend and fellow trainer Kathy came along with us! She brought her three
papillions, Dixie, Brody and their new puppy Millie! :)
This was Howie's first trip to the dog park! Here he is contemplating what
to do first! :)
We decided to start the day with a rousing game of fetch... :)
I just love everything about this picture... How Ally overshoots the tennis
ball and is kicking up dirt trying to get back to it... The dust flying
everywhere... How Howie is chasing after her and is running so fast all 4 feet
are in mid-air...
This is fetch at it's finest!! :)
Howie wants to run with the big dogs! He loved chasing after the ball with Ally
:)

Ally is such a pretty, sweet little girl. She loved playing fetch! :)
I love how Mako practically swallows the ball while bringing it back (Check out
that second picture!!!) :)
After tennis, everyone joined in for a game of Ultimate Frisbee :D
Miley and Howie LOVE playing frisbee! :)
I think Howie is having a good time at the dog park... Don't you? ;)
Miley certainly enjoyed all the new toys, smells, games, and other dogs!! :)
After tennis and frisbee, Miley and Howie worked up quite a thirst!! :)

It was a round donut shaped disk that they had a blast playing with!
It's all fun and games until Howie tries to take it from Miley ;)
"Back off little bro! This toy is MINE!!!" :)
We may have to look into getting one of these for them... ;)
Millie the puppy was so sweet and cuddly. And so soft!! What a cutie. :)
Momma Dixie and Baby Millie know how to play bitey face too :D
Later in the day this brown hound Rosie joined us at the park. :)
After the dog park, we grabbed a bite to eat, then headed over to the Tennessee
Aquarium! They had a nice little place behind the aquarium that overlooked the
water where we let the doggies play. :)
Mako really wants that treat in Kathy's hand!!! ;)
What do you get when you have 6 well trained pups?

Miley and Howie had a blast with their new friends!!! We hope we can do it
again sometime soon!! :)
