Poor Howie!!! For his birthday, it was a skinned-up chin, and for Christmas, it was a broken tooth! It seems like every time Howie goes to Auburn, he gets a boo boo! This time Miley and Howie were playing tug-of-war with a new toy they got for Christmas. I looked down and noticied somebody was bleeding! I checked Howie's mouth, and sure enough, he had a broken tooth! We weren't in town to go to our regular vet, but we gave him a call and he said don't wait! Get Howie to a vet ASAP! We were in Auburn, so we knew we'd be in good hands with the vet school being so close. They had to pull the tooth, Howie had to be sedated and everything! But he turned out just fine, he even got to have a little steak that night! What a good little trooper. :)
