You may need to have the newest version of Windows Media Player or install a plugin. The plugin should pop up and ask you if you want to run it. It's safe and won't harm your computer so it's okay to say yes! :)

If you're using Firefox, try using Internet Explorer. I've had mixed reports about Firefox. It works in mine, but I've had a few people tell me they couldn't open it in their Firefox. Weird, huh?

If you're on a Mac, download the Flip4Mac plugin, which allows Windows Media playback in your Mac Internet Browser (Safari, Firefox, etc) and in Quicktime! This is what I personally use on my Mac and I LOVE it because it has a rewind and fast foward feature so I can go back and rewind if I missed some action! I can also leave it running all day and rewind to see what they were up to. That's how I found who who chewed up the couch cushions! ;)

Miley and Howie can only have 15 viewers at a time, so there may just be too many people watching right now! Keep refreshing and you'll be able to see them in no time. :)

OR... Miley and Howie could just be taking a break from the webcam. ;)
